Salinas River Flows into Access Path from Lawrence Moore Park, Paso Robles

Today the Salinas River was as full as I’ve seen it in years. There was no dry riverbed, as you can see. Where you see water in this picture is normally a dry bed all the way to the shrubs on the island in the background.
