The Paso Robles Festival of the Arts comes but once a year. This year it kicked off with an artists reception at Studios on the Park, one of its major sponsors. I check out the “Colors of Water”exhibit, as well as the Paso Robles Art Association Exhibit, “Wine, Women, and Song,” and share my discoveries, as well as some of the winning pieces from these juried exhibits.
